Cultural Days for Young Albanians!

Albanian Cultural Summer Programs at the Riverview Public Library for the month of July and August:
The Riverview Public Library will be conducting the monthly Albanian Cultural Program for school-age children. This program will consist of learning how to read/write Albanian as well as practicing spoken Albanian no matter what the child's level. All this will be done while having fun with games, crafts and other activities. Snacks and pop will be offered and the program is free. Every age is welcome. The programs will occur the third Saturday of each month.

Biblioteka e Qytetit Riverview do tė organizojė programin mujor, kulturor, shqipetar pėr fėmijėt e moshes shkollore. Ky program do te konsistoje ne mesimin e shkrimit dhe leximit te gjuhes shqipe, si dhe praktikimit te gjuhes se folur pavaresisht nga niveli i femijes. Pica dhe pije freskuese do te ofrohen dhe programi eshte falas. Cdo moshe eshte e mirepritur. Programi do te jete te shtunen e trete te cdo muaji.

Albanian: Biblioteka Publike ne qytetin e Riverview-se, Rruga Sibley, Nr 14300, kerkon njerez te apasionuar ne punen me femijet. Personi ne fjale do te merret me planifikimin dhe organizimin e nje programi mesimi te gjuhes shqipe, perralla dhe lojra te ndryshme. Femijet jane te grupmoshave te ndryshme duke filluar nga ata te moshes 3-15 vjec. Programi ka filluar ne Tetor te vitit 2006. Biblioteka afron nje kompesim te mire ne para per oret e punuara dhe miljet e udhetimit. Kjo eshte nje pune shume e mire per cdo student shqiptar qe ndjek kolegjet e mesuesise ose dege te ngjashme dhe eshte i/e interesuar ne punen me femijet. Megjithate, te gjithe ata qe flasin mire te dyja gjuhet (Shqip dhe Anglisht) dhe jane te interesuar mund te kontaktojne drejtuesin e kesaj librarie Zotin Kirk Borger ne Tel: 734-283-1250 ose kborger@tln.lib.mi.us. English: The Riverview Public Library, located at 14300 Sibley, Riverview, is seeking people to assist and plan the Albanian teaching and story program. The Albanian program has started in October of 2006. The Riverview Public Library has a large collection of Albanian DVDs, books, and English language teaching aids for Albanians. Please visit riverviewpubliclibrary.com for a list of all the library's DVDs. If you know of an Albanian student who is going into education or a related field plus fluent in Albanian and desires experience with children ages 3-15 please have them contact Kirk Borger, Library Director, at 734-283-1250 or email him at kborger@tln.lib.mi.us. The Riverview Public Library is also seeking people who may not be students to assist with this program as well. Compensation and mileage will be provided.
The library has a new collection of Albanian materials.

1. Ju lutem shtypni tek Flamuri Shqiptar per nje liste komplete te thesarit shqiptar ne librari.
2. Disqet ne DVD mund te meren hua falas per shtate dite. Ne qofte se kalon shtate dite, cdo dite vonese ka nje gjobe prej nje dollar, derisa disqet te kthehen.
3. Librat mund te meren hua per tre jave.
4. Kasetat dhe disqet muzikore mund te meren hua per nje jave.
5. Gazetat Iliria, datat e meparshme, mund te meren hua per nje jave.
6. Libraria ka dy fjalore foles kompjuterik, Shqip-Anglisht qe mund te meren hua gjithashtu.
7. Libraria mund te telefonohet ne numrin (734) 283-1250 per rinovim materiali.
